Michele Rosenfeld O’Connor (she/her)

M.Ed. Counselor Education, BCBA, NCC, LBS-PA, VA The Pennsylvania State University and Florida Institute of Technology.

In addition to teaching at Capella University as an ABA professor and work as a subject matter expert for curriculum development revisions, I stay active and fluent in the field by providing trainings, document reviews, case consultations, supervision to agencies and individuals and IEP advocacy.

Regardless of the setting, all of my programming is driven by evidence-based assessments, research and data analysis based on the basic principles of behavior analysis. My various and blended backgrounds allow me to integrate this skill set into my work with IEP teams, insurance companies, agencies and private families while validating and empowering the multidisciplinary team, including the individual, to bring about socially significant, measurable and sustainable changes. 

I hope to bring my work experiences to life within the services you seek to help us build something meaningful together.

Lisa Sabato (she/her)

Ph.D. Psychology, M.S. Counseling Psychology, BCBA-D, LBS-PA The Pennsylvania State University and Capella University

As a young professional starting out, I served on many interdisciplinary teams providing co-treatment. This experience in my formative years as a clinician helped me develop my core values. I believe in advocacy, collaboration and supporting clients’ autonomy above all else. 

I have worked with individuals of all ages across settings being able to co-treat with numerous other professionals in a wide variety of area and specialties. 

My main areas of focus are Core Faculty at Capella University, training, supervision and consultation and Advocacy specific to the IEP process, neuro-affirming practices, bodily autonomy.
